1. Who We Are

Zarvo OS ("Zarvo", "we", "our", or "us") is a cloud-based restaurant operating system developed and operated in India. Our platform provides POS billing, QR table ordering, live order management, and analytics services to food and beverage businesses.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and store details. This information is required to create and manage your Zarvo workspace.

Store & Business Data

We store your product catalog, menu items, pricing, table layouts, and any other configuration you enter into Zarvo OS. This data belongs to you.

Transaction Data

We store order records, billing amounts, payment modes, and customer information you input during POS operations. We do not store actual payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

Usage Data

We may collect basic usage analytics such as feature access patterns and session counts to improve the platform. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

Customer Data You Enter

If you enter customer names or phone numbers during order creation, that data is stored under your store account. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Zarvo OS platform and its features
• To authenticate your account and maintain session security
• To process subscription payments via Razorpay
• To send transactional emails (account creation, plan changes)
• To provide customer support when you contact us
• To improve and debug the platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), a globally distributed, enterprise-grade cloud database. Firebase provides automatic encryption at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.

Razorpay processes all payment transactions. Zarvo OS never stores, transmits, or logs card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials.

We recommend you use a strong, unique password for your Zarvo account. We cannot recover data lost due to unauthorized access if caused by a weak password on your end.

5. Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your account details at any time via the Settings page.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
• Portability: You can export your order and product data from the platform.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Please review their respective privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, and file storage (Privacy Policy)
• Razorpay — Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• Google Fonts — Typography delivery via CDN

7. Cookies

Zarvo OS uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to cache your session data such as store ID, plan, and user name. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any advertising networks.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
