Our commitment: We want you to be completely satisfied with Zarvo OS. If the platform does not meet your needs, we offer a straightforward refund process outlined below. All payments are processed by Razorpay and governed by their payment gateway terms in addition to this policy.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription payments and fees collected by Zarvo OS ("we", "us", or "the Company") for access to the Zarvo OS restaurant management platform at zarvo.app.
By subscribing to any Zarvo OS plan, you agree to the terms of this policy.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time before data deletion. If you reactivate within the 30-day retention window, all your previous store data (products, orders, settings) will be restored.
All refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Once we approve your refund request:
Zarvo OS does not control bank processing times. If you have not received your refund within the above timeframes, please contact your bank or Razorpay support along with your Razorpay Payment ID.
Refund confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation from Razorpay once the refund has been initiated. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours of approval.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Most payment issues are resolved within 3 business days when you contact our support team directly.
For unresolved disputes, you may escalate to Razorpay's dispute resolution team at razorpay.com/support.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
