By accessing or using Zarvo OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service including business owners, managers, and staff members who use the platform in any capacity.
Zarvo OS provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your Zarvo OS account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
One account corresponds to one business workspace. You may not use another business's account without explicit authorization.
New accounts are granted a 7-day free trial upon completing the onboarding process and paying the nominal ₹2 workspace activation fee. The ₹2 fee is non-refundable and is used solely for payment gateway verification and workspace initialization.
At the end of your 7-day trial, access to the platform will be suspended until a subscription plan is activated. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration before permanent deletion.
After your trial, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans (Starter, Growth, or Pro). Subscriptions grant access to features corresponding to the selected plan tier.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
The ₹2 workspace activation fee is non-refundable. For subscription payments, we offer a 48-hour refund window from the date of payment if you are dissatisfied with the Service. Refund requests after 48 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email to your registered address.
Secure Payments: All transactions on Zarvo OS are processed securely via Razorpay using 256-bit SSL encryption. Zarvo OS never stores your card details or banking credentials. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Zarvo OS including your product catalog, order records, and customer information.
By using the Service, you grant Zarvo OS a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data (names, phone numbers) you enter into the system has been collected with appropriate consent under applicable Indian data protection laws.
You may not use Zarvo OS to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Zarvo OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarvo OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Zarvo OS in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
